Required for New Hope Association De-addiction & Rehabilitation center at Nalgonda & Hyderabad Districts supported by Ministry of social Justice & Empowerment, New Delhi

1). Project Coordinator and Incharge (01 Post):

Location: Nalgonda, Telengana

Job Descriptions:

He/She would be solely responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, documentation work (report writing/proposal writing/concept note etc.), data analysis, concurrent evaluation including liaison and networking of the project. She should have experience of master trainer/facilitator on subject matter. He/ She will also be responsible for the financial management and completion of all work within the deadline and as per Project Planning Schedule.

Qualification- The candidate must be Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences or psychology from reputed university/Institution. Fluency of English, Hindi & local language is required. He/She must have at least 3 years of experience in project management in de addiction centers and having knowledge of computer on Microsoft office- Word, Excel and Power Point.

2). Counselors (04 Posts)

Location: Hyderabad & Nalgonda, Telangana

He/She would be solely responsible for Creating a safe and therapeutic environment for individuals in recovery, Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions and lead group therapy sessions, Creating and implementing personalized treatment plans, Monitoring and documenting client progress, Supervising and coordinating the work of all project staff, Maintaining records according to Sankalps policies and procedures, Providing monthly reports to donor, Oversee expenditures in line with budgetary norms, Ensure the proper maintenance of the centre

Qualification- The candidate must be Master’s Degree in Social Work/Social Sciences or psychology from reputed university/Institution. Fluency of English, Hindi & local language is required. He/She must have at least 3 years of experience in project management in de addiction centers and having knowledge of computer on Microsoft office- Word, Excel and Power Point.

3). Field Staff (04 Posts):

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Job Descriptions:

He/She would be solely responsible for Community interventions, field level data collection, facilitating training of girls/ women; facilitating meetings & group discussion with community, reporting, concurrent evaluation including liaison and networking with key stakeholders for the project.

Qualification- The candidate must be Graduate in any stream from reputed university/Institution. Knowledge of regional language, Hindi & English is required. He/She must have at least 2 years of field experience in Voluntary organizations
