Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager (Integrated Village Development Programme) at village Agara, in the Vijaypur subdivision of district Sheopur. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing a multi-dimensional village development intervention across 9 panchayats, with special focus on NRM, regenerative farming, eco-restoration, and soil & water conservation. The Project Manager will collaborate with the local community, government, other stakeholders, consultants, and external partners to ensure smooth, timely, cost-effective and high-quality project execution and delivery. The project will be carried out in collaboration with Adharshila.


Qualifications

• At least two years’ experience of working with rural/Adivasi communities on sustainable agriculture, NRM and rural livelihoods

• At least one year in a comparable leadership position

• Masters' degree in a related discipline and other relevant post-qualification training

• Willingness to live full-time in a rural setting for at least three years

• Proficiency in spoken Hindi; professional-level competence in English

• Ability to ride a motorcycle is desirable

• The selected candidate is expected to join immediately
