Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal at Adharshila School. The Principal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the school, overseeing the academic curriculum, coordinating with faculty and staff, maintaining discipline, and fostering a positive learning environment. The Principal will also be involved in community engagement and ensuring the overall growth and success of the school.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational leadership and administration

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of curriculum development and implementation

• Ability to effectively manage a diverse group of students, faculty, and staff

• Experience in working with marginalized communities

• Passion for providing quality education and empowering underserved children

• Master's degree in Education or related field

• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus

Employment Type
