2. Resource Centre Facilitator (Male/Female)

Job Place/working place – District Unnao, UP, INDIA. The selected person will have to live at the project location nearby. Project will start from June- 2024.

Qualification-

For District Coordinator- MA/MSW with at least 2 Year working experiences in NGOs specialty Migrant worker/Worker Protection/Social Security schemes

For - Resource Centre Facilitator BA/BSW or similar qualification with at least 1 years working experiences in NGOs and Working knowledge and skill in MS office/MIS work.

Preference-

? Preference will be given to those applicants who have worked with Labour related Project in NGOs.

? -Workers who have already worked in this organization

Computer skill- for Resource Centre Facilitator - Typing skill (Hindi with google input tool or Hindi font), MS Office working knowledge. Computer test will be taken, hence only those applications should be sent application who have computer proficiency right now.

EPF and ESIC deduction will be applicable as government norms. TRAVEL claim will be pay according to organizational policies and available budget under project.

Job responsibilities –

For District Coordinator

1- Project activities implementation at district and block level, Planning, Monitoring, Reporting and handhold support to project team of the project.

2- District level government official project relation building

For Resource Centre Facilitator -

2- Project MIS work on Desktop and District resource center management.

Selection process-

Computer test when applicable, Written test, Interview. The applicants who will be selected will have their references checked and police verification and will be given appointment letters and then orientation regarding program.
