Position – Senior Executive / Executive

Location – Jodhpur

Job:- Secretariat staff for Thar Dhat Handicraft Society

Role and Responsibilities –

1. Conference and Seminar Organization:

•Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, seminars, and other society events.

•Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.

•Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and

•Attendee registration.

•Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

2. Policy Advocacy:

•Stay updated with handicraft society related policies and advocate for them during events and in relevant forums.

•Collaborate with central and state governments to ensure alignment and representation.

•Engage with stakeholders, including government officials, industry leaders, and members.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

•Prepare post-event reports, analysing the success and areas of improvement.

•Monitor and report on sponsorship revenue and other key metrics.

•Provide insights and recommendations for future events based on feedback and analysis.

4. Stakeholder Management:

•Engage with society members, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to gather feedback.

•Document any concerns or issues discussed during society monthly, bimonthly meetings.

Qualification – Master's degree or MBA/PGDM – Any Field
