Full Job Description:


We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Sr.Coordinator to lead pre-primary school team.The candidate should possess minimum 3 year experience in the leadership role in the early childhood development field and should be passionate to work with children


Roles & Responsibilities:


•Candidate should take proactive efforts to lead,mentor team and enhance their work efficiency


•Identify and develop active learning methodologies to encourage 100% participation of children and encourage learning


•Identify and develop innovative recreational activities inside and outside classroom to support the child’s overall development


•Candidate should identify innovative strategies to sustain child’s interest in classroom and ensure 100% attendance of children


•Develop monthly plans and break down into weekly and daily activity calender in consensus with team


•Mentor and monitor the execution of all activities


•Develop pre-post assessment systems and tap the progress of each individual child periodically
