Job Description

• Mobilizing girls candidates for a paid ITI program.

• Monthly targets will be assigned.

• Depending on the need, mobilizers must move from district to district.

• Conduct assessments to understand the need for skills training through surveys, community meetings, and home visits, ensuring trainees complete their training.

• Identify candidates, form groups, and select suitable trades for skills training.

• Establish relationships with school teachers, headmasters, PRI members, and SHGs.

• Handle documentation.

• Collaborate with other teams as required.

• Attend meetings with block-level government staff.
