Vacancy Announcement

We are searching for a passionate and dedicated Master Trainer to join our team and support our Anganwadi Program in Saharanpur.

Responsibilities:

Provide support and guidance to approximately 70 Anganwadi centers for Early Childhood Education (ECE) initiatives.

Communicate effectively with Anganwadi workers and supervisors to ensure the quality of ECE services.

Travel within the city area (approximately 7-8 km daily) for field visits to monitor and support Anganwadi centers.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or Nursery Teacher Training (preferred).

Post Graduation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel independently within the city.

Strong commitment to Early Childhood Education and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of young children.

Selection Process:

Written test to assess knowledge of ECE principles and practices.

Final interview to evaluate suitability for the role.

CTC: 18,000 per month

Location: Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh
