Job Description

Project Name : Improving access to safe drinking water through installation of 20 Iron Removal Plants in Puri district of Odisha"


The M&E Consultant will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of our Iron Removal Plant (I R P) program. This role involves coordinating with different stakeholders, managing accounts, ensuring financial and programme progress and impact reporting accuracy, and maintaining liaison with government bodies and partner organizations. She/He has to spend 20 days in a month on the assignment.


Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of the program.

- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage accounts.

- Ensure timely and accurate Project reporting.

- Maintain liaison with government bodies and partner organizations.

- Oversee the overall program budget and resource allocation.


Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Social work, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

- At least 3-5 years of experience in program coordination and management.

- Strong organizational and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in financial management and reporting.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
