Job Description

•Performing required month end closing related activities.

•Accurate and timely reporting of monthly financials.

•Adherence to accounting policies and procedures of the company

•Manage all statutory compliances including Income Tax act and other Indirect Tax.

•Preparation of Annual Budget.

•Preparation of annexures required for financial closure for Statutory & Internal Audits.

•Inventory reconciliation and various other reconciliations with service provider or Supplier.

•Physical verification of inventory/project assets.

•Ensuring correct Accounting and records for Asset, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables

•Preparation of Fund Utilization Certificates

•Timely booking of Credit Note/Debit Notes/Journal Voucher in the SAP System.

•Ensure Project monitoring, profitability & reporting.

•Posting entries in Accounting Software.

•Liaison with NDS(HO) and other locations.

•Any other task as may be assigned from time to time.
