Overview:

Rista Development Foundation is seeking a motivated Branch Operation Executive to oversee our branch operations, Business development & sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing business growth, loan processes, recovery and leading a team to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for Sales & Business development of Rista Development Foundation based on CSP model.

Manage Relationship for portfolio of customers (Both Existing & New)

Handling and sourcing new CSP under the branch through the business development executive team.

Manage branch operational work

Handling branch level meeting with new and existing CSP regarding the loan process and group

Maintain branch level audit

oversee the team work

maintain the loan disbursement portfolio at branch

To ensure the achievement of disbursement targets with minimum delinquency

Enabling business growth by developing and managing a teams across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach

Assess potential client base and product acceptability in new regions, areas & opportunities for geographical expansion of operational areas

Makes a close follow up of the disbursed loans, especially of the ones not paying on time.

Time to time new & existing group visit for verification

Maintaining portfolio quality by tracking & controlling Normal dues, Nonstarters, Delinquency, & Frauds.

Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with potential customers.

Key Skills Required:

Minimum 6 months experience in microfinance business

Basic understanding about Microfinance business and SHG/JLG model working would be preferred.

Good computer knowledge

Strong knowledge in email writing (outlook preferred)

Relationship management, Business sourcing

Understand critical attributes of customer service

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Any Postgraduate can apply also
