Job Description

Programme Coordinator cum Counsellor (Salary: INR 38,000 per month)

Location: Ajmer

Travel: 50-60% of time (within district and outside state)

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day implementation of programme activities.

• Active support and contribution towards donor reports and project progress.

• Responsible for day-to-day management of the tech centres and activities at the field level.

• Extending counselling services to clients of DV reaching out to the crisis centre.

• Actively coordinate and liaison with relevant stakeholders for the purpose of case management and other activities.

• Support programme manager in the successful completion of programme activities.

Qualification: Masters in Psychology with 2-3 years of experience working on DV-related support services/projects, case management, and project implementation. Excellent understanding and perspective on issues of gender and inclusion.

Language: Proficiency in Hindi and working knowledge of Hindi and the local dialect of Rajasthan/Ajmer.
