Any post graduate with 4 years of experience in non-profit organization in livelihood, and cane cutter migrant worker, health or community' development project.

• Expert in computer skill word, excel, power point, report writing and documentation.

• Confident in public speaking with, fluency in English and Marathi.

• Overall responsibility of project implementation including Reporting, documentation, monitoring of project activities , Coordination with team and district and taluka stake holders.

• Should be ready to travel project district, block and villages in Aurangabd,Jalna and Beed district and willing to do field work

• Ensure all weekly and mothy reports and plans are micro plan, and report to director
