NWF, known as NALNIL WELFARE FOUNDATION, promoted by likeminded social scientists, educationalist and development workers with initial investment of shared vision and intense passion to achieve common mission i.e. “to build a humane society which makes our planet a better place to live”. This mission led us to name our organization – ‘NALNIL WELFARE FOUNDATION’. Initially NWF engaged in organizing the unorganized community to enable them in their own development.

Since its inception, NWF initiated agriculture based livelihood programme in Begusarai and currently spread in 6 districts (Khagaria, Begusarai, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga & Purnea) of Bihar under its mission to improve agriculture based Livelihood of underprivileged social & economically backward communities. We believe that our tangible contributions will aid in realizing our mission.


About the JOB-

Sandip University students in their seventh semester of B.Sc Agriculture, there is an exciting opportunity available for you to contribute to the RAWE program initiated by Nalnil Welfare Foundation. We are searching for a dedicated and qualified candidate with an M.Sc Agriculture/B.Sc Agriculture degree from an ICAR recognized university to join us in this meaningful endeavor.

The RAWE program aims to bring about positive changes and advancements in the field of agriculture through innovative research and sustainable practices. By collaborating with passionate and knowledgeable individuals like you, we believe that we can make a significant impact on the agricultural community and enhance the overall productivity and efficiency of farming practices.

As a student studying agriculture, you possess valuable knowledge and skills that can be leveraged to address key challenges faced by the agricultural sector. Your participation in the RAWE program will not only provide you with a platform to apply your academic learnings in a practical setting but also give you an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of farmers and communities dependent on agriculture.


Component of Rural Agriculture Work Experience (RAWE) village attachment- (Duration 140 days)

-Survey of Village

-Agronomical Interventions

-Plant Protection Interventions

-Soil Improvement Interventions (Soil sampling and testing)

-Fruit and Vegetable Production Interventions

-Food Processing and Storage Interventions

-Animal Production Interventions

-Extension and Transfer of Technology Activities......etc.

Salary: - Rs. 17,000/- Per month.
