Job Description:

Rista Development Foundation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Recovery Team Leader to join our team in Egra, East Midnapore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in group loan recovery, loan collection, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the recovery team to achieve loan recovery targets.

Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely collection of outstanding loans.

Monitor the performance of the recovery team and provide guidance and support.

Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills of the recovery team.

Analyze loan portfolios to identify delinquent accounts and take appropriate action.

Communicate effectively with borrowers to negotiate repayment plans.

Prepare regular reports on the status of collections and recovery efforts.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year of experience in group loan recovery and collection.

Proven experience in team handling and leadership.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Familiarity with financial and loan management software is an advantage.

Willingness to travel as required.
