Position:Project Coordinator

Engagement:Full Time

Job Description:

-Project Planning and Implementation:Plan, organize, implement, supervise, and evaluate projects aimed at community development.

-Community Engagement:Foster participatory development through active community engagement. Identify community needs and pulse, and develop creative solutions to address challenges.

-Networking and Liaison:Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders.

-Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation and generate reports on project progress and outcomes.

-Technical Proficiency:Utilize Windows software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for documentation and presentations.

Work Profile:

-Field Work: 70% of the time will be spent in the field engaging with the community.

-Office Work: 30% of the time will be spent at the office or base location for planning and documentation.

Eligibility:

-Education:Young, ambitious graduates with a strong initiative.

-Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the development sector.

-Flair for field travel, valid driving licence & own conveyance will be an asset.

Remuneration:

Compensation will be based on experience, soft skills, and understanding of the job role.
