Job Description:

Overview:

Rista Development Foundation is seeking a motivated and experienced Loan Team Leader to oversee our loan operations in Egra, East Midnapore. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing group loan processes and leading a team to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the loan processing team to ensure efficient and accurate loan approvals and disbursements.

Oversee the entire group loan process, from application to disbursement and repayment tracking.

Develop and implement strategies to increase loan portfolio and customer base.

Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all loan transactions and prepare regular reports for senior management.

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in group loan processing and team management.

Strong leadership and team handling skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.
