Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Location: Sundergarh


Experience:

3-5 years of experience in placement coordination, career services, recruitment, or a related field.


Job Description:

Liaise with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.

Assist students in identifying career goals and developing personalized job search plans.

Monitor students' progress and provide ongoing support throughout the job search process.

Coordinate the placement process, including scheduling interviews and managing logistics.

Maintain a database of job openings, student applications, and placement outcomes.

Track and report on placement statistics and trends.

Achieve a minimum 80% placement rate for students.

Promote placement services and success stories through social media, newsletters, and website content.

Provide feedback to faculty on employer expectations and market demands.

Maintain accurate records of student placements and employer interactions.

Prepare regular reports and analyses on placement performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
