Remuneration: 3.6 LPA-4.2 LPA

We work with children, youth and adults through different initiatives paving the way for empowerment through education and skill development.

Skill Development and Livelihood Programme

Under this program, we aim to craft individual education and skill development plans for young men and women. This dynamic, results-driven program seeks to empower urban disadvantaged young adults aged 18 to 25, helping them to realize their dreams and ambitions and land a meaningful employment opportunity.. Our program focuses on contextualized education nurturing individuals' potential and helping students become self-learners.

The Role:

We are seeking a Programme associate to lead skill development and livelihood initiatives at Ritinjali. The individual will be instrumental in mobilizing resources, coordinating with education partners, monitoring and evaluating the program, and steering the project toward its successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Fieldwork- 10%

Lead mobilization team to reach out to young men & women in marginalized communities.

Sensitize youth and their families for employment and financial independence.

Conduct Timely Need assessments and surveys in the communities we work with

Admin and Reports-20%

Timely reporting of program updates, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annually.

Tracking the budget of the program and timely financial reporting.

Participate in fundraising activities, writing proposals, and preparing budgets for

effective program implementation.

Overall maintaining a well-organized system for program activities, documentation, and reporting.

Programme Implementation and Management- 70%

Coordinate with education partners for seamless collaboration and effective program execution.

Develop project timelines, adhering to them meticulously to meet milestones.

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to provide transparent updates on project progress.

Monitor each student's participation and track their progress. Evaluating the engagement and impact of training and overall progress of the project.

Assist in conceptualizing and researching new community development initiatives as required.

Coordinate internships, follow-ups, workshops, and counseling sessions for the

Students

Facilitation and workshops with students on relevant topics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work or associated fields. Master's degree preferred.

2+ years of management experience in skill development initiatives.

Proven experience in program management, especially in education and skill development.

Experience in working with marginalized communities with youth and adults.

Problem-solving abilities long with quick adaptability

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Experience working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.
