Job Description

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies, identify and implement innovative fundraising strategies to generate funds.
• Build and manage new partnerships with large corporates, foundations and HNIs.
• Undertake market research and maintain and track a portfolio of existing and potential donor companies and organizations;
• Work closely with the program team to develop proposals that match organisational needs with funder priorities
• Forge long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with business houses to raise funds for ongoing projects.
• Good in problem solving skills and written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi & English.
• Good in program presentation, PPT, Project Report, Project Proposal & Annual Report 

Eligibility Criteria

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly strong MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point & Mail Conversation
• Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
• Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
