Programme Coordinator(4Nos.), Community Coordinators(8Nos.),Accountant



1. Programme Coordinator 04 (02 for Nayagarh & 02 for Ganjam) - She/he must be a Post Graduate with minimum 3 years of working experience on Child Protection and willing to travel extensively in the field.

Computer proficiency is a must and must have own vehicle.

Salary - 15000/- to 20000/- per month & travel allowance as per actual


2. Community Coordinator 08(04 for Nayagarh & 4 for Ganjam) - She/he must be a Graduate/Post-Graduate with minimum working experience of 1 year on child protection(Child Marriage & Child trafficking), Freshers may also apply.

Salary - 9000/-+500/-travel allowance per month


3. Accountant - She/He must be a Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce/MBA(Finance) with minimum experience of 3 years in working in NGO and will be posted in Nayagarh.

Computer proficiency is a must and will be responsible for both Nayagarh & Ganjam project.

Salary - Negotiable


Place of posting - Nayagarh and Bhanjanagar(Ganjam) will be the HQs for operation

  • About Organization:Gania Unnayan Committee was born out of the vision and passion of its founder President Mr. Parikshit Pattanayak and a call of Mr. Gulzarilal Nanda, the then President of Bharat Sadhu Samaj to fight against injustice and corruption. Appalled by the plight of the poor in this area Mr. Pattanayak started to work for them in an informal manner for the people. Soon a few like-minded people joined him and this small band of people undertook several welfare activities for the people. The people noticed this small effort and they urged them to do more. Encouraged by this overwhelming support by the local people it was decided to give a formal name and legal status to make this intervention more effective. Thus this small forum was christened as Gania Unnayan Committee (GUC), which was later registered with proper authorities as a voluntary organisation.
