Job Description

District Coordinator will serve as technical lead on providing technical support for all activities related to social service integration & linkages between the facility and community.


1. Responsible for mapping of schemes/Program/Entitlements that can be immediately beneficial to vulnerable households that need support.

2. Liaison with Panchayat, Local entities, communities, schools, District & Taluka administration, NGOs, Social welfare department, government institutions/authorities

3. Plan capacity-building programs/training for the team members and community volunteers Participate in various orientation and training programs on various thematic issues & Meetings.

4. Work in close coordination with line departments to understand ground

requirements, provide necessary support in building relationships of targeted households with service providers, and provide on-ground support in dealing with agencies.

5. Networking and Partnership Building with Govt/Pvt./Bankers/NGOs

6. Preparing monthly, Quarterly, and annual action plan in coordination with the team

7. Follow-up on schedule / updates and checks on the progress and performance of the team

8. Maintaining Beneficiary wise records and progress.

9. Monitoring and Controlling outcome Feedback and Review

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Masters in Social Work, Rural Development, Rural Management, Agriculture any Social Sciences or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in social development sector specifically working with Govt. education department.

3. At least three years of experience in working closely with Govt. department

4. Familiar with Community development/Community Organisation processes

5. He/she must be able to adhere to the highest ethical and moral standards and be able to display transparency

6. Fluent in both written and spoken Hindi & English.



Qualifications:


Minimum 3-5 years of experience in social work (Social Protection Schemes)

Experience in project management and implementation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to develop and maintain partnerships with stakeholders.



Preference will be given to candidates who are residents of the Baran district.
