Project Manager

• Motivated individuals with Masters in Social Work or equivalent.

• Experience of more than 2 years working in rural community development Projects.

• Command in Reporting in Hindi & English languages & computer proficiency.

• Interest & Communication skills to mobilize youths for their society upliftment.

• Ready to reside in rural area 10 days per month.

• Ready to learn from community knowledge about rural challenges under different programme and government scheme. Have an understanding of Gandhian approach towards life constructive programme.

Remuneration: 30000-35000 per month, as per experience.

MIS Training Coordinator

• Computer proficiency with 2 years’ experience in data analysis, reporting and documentation.

• Communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Ready to reside in rural area and believes in equality, simple living, team work.

Remuneration: 15000-20000 per month as per experience

Youth & Community Mobilizer

• Motivated individual with Graduation & Equivalent.

• Experience of more than 2 year working with community training and empowerment.

• Knowledge of rural challenges, opportunities under different programme and government schemes, Gandhian approach towards the life and constructive programme and constitutional Rights.

• Ready to Reside in rural area 20 days per month in the field.

• One who believes in equality, simple living, and team work.

Remuneration: 20000-25000 per month as per experience

Accountant

B. Com with Knowledge of Computer and Tally with 2 years of related experience.

Remuneration : Rs 15000-20000 per month
