Project Overview:

ADARSH project aims to improve water management, sanitation, and hygiene practices in rural communities. Key interventions include conducting water audits, repairing and maintaining water resources, supporting the construction of individual household toilets, and implementing awareness and IEC activities. Special focus is given to creating adolescent girls' resource groups and training Jal Sakhis. The project also aims to improve WASH facilities in schools and community health centers and to link communities with government schemes such as Swachh Bharat Mission, Jal Shakti Mission, and Ayushmaan Bharat.

Job Location: Kakori and Mall block of Lucknow district.

Job Postings:

1. Field Trainer

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Field Trainer to conduct training sessions and provide on-the-ground support for the successful implementation of our water management and sanitation project. The Field Trainer will play a crucial role in educating and empowering community members, particularly adolescent girls and Jal Sakhis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions on water quality, hygiene, and sanitation practices.

• Facilitate monthly meetings with adolescent girls' groups and Swachhta Tolis.

• Provide orientation and support to Jal Sakhis at the village level.

• Participate in home-based visits and water audits.

• Distribute IEC materials and conduct awareness campaigns.

• Collect and report data on training activities and community engagement.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader to support project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, or a related field.

• Experience in conducting training and capacity-building programs.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.

• Willingness to travel to rural areas.

2. Master Trainer

Position Overview: The Master Trainer will lead the training and capacity-building initiatives for our project, focusing on enhancing the knowledge and skills of field staff and community leaders. The Master Trainer will ensure high-quality training delivery and continuous improvement of training materials and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for field staff, Jal Sakhis, and adolescent girls.

• Oversee the creation and distribution of training and learning materials.

• Facilitate Jal Sakhi meetings and training at the Panchayat level.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

• Provide mentorship and support to Field Trainers.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Team Leader to support project objectives.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in public health, education, social sciences, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in training and capacity-building.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience in developing training materials and curricula.

3. Team Leader

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the implementation of our water management and sanitation project. The Team Leader will manage a team of field staff, ensure the achievement of project goals, and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team, including Field Trainers and support staff.

• Ensure the effective implementation of project activities according to the work plan.

• Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, government officials, and other stakeholders.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.

• Coordinate with block-level authorities and facilitate linkages with government schemes.

• Oversee monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in public health, social work, project management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing community-based projects.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication and networking abilities.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

• Experience in monitoring and evaluation.
