Job Description

Compensation: Up 50,000 (Commensurate with relevant experience)


Responsibilities:


The Human Resources & Infrastructure Coordinator will be responsible for the efficient management of human resources and organizational infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:


• Establishing and managing staff engagement norms, including salaries, benefits, and

• leave policies.

• Overseeing the maintenance, upkeep, and utilization of organizational infrastructure.

• Forecasting future infrastructure needs and developing strategic plans to meet those

• needs.

• Ensuring compliance with financial norms as established by the financial advisor.

• Developing and implementing a grievance redress mechanism.

• Ensuring adherence to all necessary legal requirements, including setting up the Internal


Complaints Committee (ICC).

Qualifications:


• A Master's degree in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources and infrastructure

management.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

• Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

• Proficiency in Hindi and fluency in English.
