Organization Background:

The Rohini Foundation is dedicated to fostering the comprehensive development of

children by ensuring access to quality healthcare and promoting overall well-being.

Founded by a consortium of doctors, our mission is to enhance healthcare provisions for

children from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. We aspire to reduce dental

diseases and anaemia among children attending government schools, orphanages, and

schools catering to children with disabilities by 70% by the year 2025. To date, Rohini has

successfully screened over 50,000 children, with 5000 receiving treatments.

The Rohini Foundation seeks an individual passionate about contributing to the

development sector through our health programs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Documenting and reporting on all events.

• Maintaining communication with project stakeholders, includes regular

communication with donors to highlight their contributions impact and our ongoing needs.

• Assisting in the implementation of health screening programs on the ground.

• Organizing and coordinating fundraising events and campaigns.

• Drafting grant proposals and overseeing the grant application process.

• Developing and disseminating materials such as brochures and newsletters.

• Monitoring and reporting on progress and outcomes.

• Engaging with potential stakeholders and effectively convey the organisation’s mission,

vision, and programmes.

Skills:

• Fundraising expertise (Prior fundraising experience is advantageous)

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., social sciences).

• 5 years of experience in a non-profit organization.

• Operational management of NGOs.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
