Job Description

Position Title: Marketing Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct visits to schools and companies to present and promote the campaign.

Develop relationships with school administrators, company representatives, and other potential donors.

Deliver compelling presentations to potential donors, effectively communicating the campaign's goals and impact.

Track and report progress on visits and conversions to the Campaign Manager.

Achieve and exceed donation targets to maximize campaign funding.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing donor engagement.

Maintain a database of potential and current donors, including contact information and donation history.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance marketing skills and campaign knowledge.

Perform other duties as assigned to support the campaign and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Master of Social Work (MSW) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.

Male candidates are preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence and persuade potential donors.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Experience: Freshers to 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

Willingness to travel frequently for visits to schools and companies.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
