Job Description

Role Overview & Key Responsibilities:

1. Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

2. Experience in managing digital and social media platforms.

3. Develop engaging content for AL social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn etc. and execute social media strategies to increase visibility and interaction.

4. Create professional content for our annual report and other official documents.

5. Storyboard, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and photos.

6. Design and execute sound strategies for video content.

7. Effectively communicating the Organization’s impact and value to diverse audiences and ensures all content aligns with our brand identity and goals.

8. Build and maintain a positive public image for Access Livelihoods, enhancing its reputation and visibility.

9. Monitor and analyse social media trends and performance metrics.

10. Ensure that all communication efforts reflect the organisation’s dedication to social impact, equity, and empowerment of marginalised communities.

11. Utilize YouTube Analytics and other tools to track and report on content performance.

12. Regularly analyse content performance and adjust strategies as needed.

13. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.


Personal Qualities & Behavioural Traits

1. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. Demonstrate succinct and comprehensive writing skills

2. Strong analytical skills and ability to use analytical/statistical tools; data compilation and good presentation skills

3. Must be willing to travel to field locations as per requirement

4. A highly organised and disciplined person

5. Ability to make sound decisions and steadfastly enforce them

6. Ability to adapt to local culture and tolerance to the physical hardship of rural India.

7. Ability to relate and empathise with marginalised communities.

8. Enjoy working under pressure, deadline-driven and ability to adapt to a changing environment

9. High in cause orientation and resource consciousness
