Job Description

Job responsibilities:


Monitoring the project/community activities


*Attending all the field mobilizer meeting and collecting the reports on a daily basis

* Collection and submission of data /reports of their respective team to the documentation coordinator

* Responsible for achieving the project targets [To make sure that all targets are achieved in time and with quality in your respective area]

* Problem solving in the field - related to field work and defined planned activities

* Ensure discipline and behavior is taken care during the community meeting

* Develop better relationship with the local bodies like Panchayati Raj institutes and other NGO’s in order build the network which will ensure the successful implementation of the project.

* Create a project plan, confer with the team, and allocate roles and duties based on the project's activities.

* To provide day to day guidance to Community Resource Person at village level (CRP)

*Execute the project activities at the field level and assist personnel with implementation and problem solving.

* Monitoring visits to field and to provide support to CBOs.

* Determine the areas that need improvement and evaluate the staff's ability to carry out their responsibilities effectively.

* Inform management that staff areas for improvement require sessions for improving their skills

* Hold regular meeting with the CBOS and CRPS to know the progress, inputs to be taken from them on the grey areas and plan accordingly to overcome the same.

* Identifies chances for improvement and gives helpful ideas for change.

* Ensure that project activities adhere to donor and organization norms and standards, as well as available budget lines and limitations.

* Identify whether the field mobilize have a right knowledge on the community they meet with and deliver the contents as per the SOP’s

* Check on their knowledge about the communities they handle and suggest improvement by providing right training

* Ensure to the conduct the survey, the data of the survey should be entered and accounted

* Share the progress of the ongoing activities and plan for the future.

* Responsible for all the community activities of the project.

* Identifies areas for improvement and makes constructive change suggestions.


Relevant Experience:


Must have 2-3 years of experience in NGO sector especial in Community Mobilization, Agriculture and Water conservation.


Post Graduate Degree/Graduation Degree in Sociology or Social Work or Rural Development.


Skills and Abilities:


Strong verbal communication

Excellent computer skills

Management Skills

Good Analytical skill and attentions to detail

Flexible, motivated and self starter

Fluency in written English, knowledge of speaking the local languages.

Must aware with the geography and topography of the Farrukhnagar area of the Gurugram.


Salary: 30,000
