Role Overview:

Represent the organization at meetings, conferences, and events to promote program initiatives and secure funding opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for collaboration and leverage resources effectively. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track program outcomes and impact. Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure progress against program objectives. Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform programmatic decision-making. Capacity Building and Training: Provide guidance and support to project staff and partners to ensure effective implementation of program activities. Identify training needs and develop capacity-building initiatives for program stakeholders. Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the program team. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare timely and accurate reports for internal stakeholders, donors, and regulatory authorities. Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories to inform future program design and implementation. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements outlined by funding agencies and donors.
