Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to join our team and support our project management efforts through effective data management and reporting. The MIS Executive will play a crucial role in gathering project data, generating MIS reports, and providing insights to aid decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with project management and support teams to collect relevant data.

• Compile, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

• Develop and maintain databases for efficient data management and reporting.

• Conduct data validation, cleansing, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Perform data analysis and provide insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.

• Support in developing and implementing MIS systems and tools to streamline operations.

• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as required by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. IT background is advantageous.

• Proven experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role, preferably 2-3 years in data management and reporting.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).

• Ability to conduct data analysis, processing, and mining to extract actionable insights.

• Familiarity with database management and reporting software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.

Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of HR-related work and Tally software would be an advantage.
