Education: Bachelor/ master’s in education/ NTT/ ECCE/ MSW/ Other related fields


Skills Needed:


• Curriculum Development: Create and monitor curriculum for street connected children.

• Educator Training: Train Educators in various pedagogical methods.

• Task Management: Assign and oversee tasks for street educators.

• Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills.

• Project Analysis: Perform conceptual analysis for project administration, and evaluation.


Experience Required:


• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an education coordinator position responsible for implementing all activities of the project.

• Worked closely with donor organization, cross functional teams and team members to develop the scope, deliverables, required sources, work plan, budget and timely reporting.

• Knowledge of the major evaluation methodologies, data collection and project handling.

• Knowledge and experience of child education and latest education policies.

• Ability to plan own work, setting priorities and completing it under pressure or when faced with competing demands.

• Ability to work as part of a team and individually.


Desirable requirements


• Fluent oral and written correspondence skills for interaction.

• Ability to visit slum area and comfortable with children.

• An understanding of the development sector.
