Job Description

The candidates will have strong communication skills that enable them to effectively communicate with all relevant teams for program growth and program quality. This individual should be able to independently work to produce expected results for the growth and development of the organization. The candidate needs to foresee any problems related to the completion of a program/project and act promptly to mitigate any issues.


Responsibilities

• Develop implementation plan for CSR/Government programs

• Plan for a given program/project, build the capacities of teams, and implement the activities as per the timeline

• Ensure high-quality work and results are produced

• Anticipate and solve any problems related to the program

• Conduct performance reviews and evaluate the program

• Facilitate communication between relevant teams


Qualifications

• Master's degree in MWS with 3+ years of experience in program management/CSR/Government

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills


Preferable Candidates: Female / Male with MSW degree from Tamil Nadu

Package: Max up to 45K (this will be discussed during the interview, purely based on the experiences/qualifications)
