Position – Manager for Day Care Center

Location – Andheri West, Mumbai

Responsibilities:-

1.Facility Oversight – Manage the daily operations of the Senior's Day Care center, ensuring a safe clean, and comfortable environment for all members.

2.Staff Supervision- Supervise and evaluate Day Care staff including caregivers' activity, coordinators etc.

3.Budget and resource Management- Develop and manage budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and procure supplies and equipment.

4.Individualize care Plans – develop and maintain personalized care plans for each participant based on their physical and cognitive abilities, health conditions, and personal preferences.

5.Social and Emotional Support – Foster a supportive and nurturing atmosphere where seniors feel valued, respected and socially connected with members.

6.Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for members and staff

Requirements :

1.Proven experience in managing seniors or related fields with preferred 10-15 years of experience.

2.Understanding the holistic needs of senior citizens.

3.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively

4.Strong organization and leadership abilities to manage a team and handle administrative responsibilities.

5.Knowledge of CPR and First Aid will be an added advantage
