Job Description

- Conceptualizing, designing and running various skills development programs for adolescents and adults with special needs

- Lead a team of professional teachers and special educators in implementing the programs

- Provide strategic inputs in interacting with various stakeholders - parents, donors, other NGOs in sharing the work of the Foundation.

- Min. 5 years of experience in the field of disabilities with good communication skills.

- A degree in Autism/ Intellectual Disability/ MSW will be preferable.
