M&E Cum Finance Officer

1. Collaborate closely with the Project Coordinator (PC) and other staff members of the CSC 2.0 for timely submission of programme reports/ data.

2. Compilation of data in prescribed tools/MIS system and generate/prepare the reports/ and submission of same to SR.

3. Ensure validation and tracking of data and share the shortcomings with Project Coordinators for improvement.

4. Take up any other work assigned by Project Coordinator

5. B. Com with experience of working with Tally and data Management

1. Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).

2. Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.

3. Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)

4. Ability to maintain data confidentiality

5. Good presentation skills

6. Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage." • About Organization:The Project coordinator will be responsible for implementation of Vihaan programme, documentation of program activities and timely preparation of reports at respective SSRs. The PC will work in close collaboration with the programme team and Sub Recipient (SR) Specific roles and responsibilities of PC: Supervision of field level activities on regular basis. Oversee all capacity building activities for staff and organization. Development and monitoring of weekly work plan of CSC staff as per the performance indicators. Ensure that all project related registers (reporting tools) are available at the project office and updated periodically.
