Key Responsibility
"1. Disbursement of salary.
2. Work closely with PC and other staff of CSC.
3. Liaise with finance staff at SR
4 Preparation of appointment letters for new staff in consultation with PC.
5 Maintaining indent file, requisition slip, order file, quotation file, challan, cash book, ledger book, voucher file, rent and services charges file, office operating cost file, Communication (Telephone/T.A.) Bank Transactions recording daily flow chart.
6. Maintain attendance register and leave record.
7. Bank Reconciliation.
8. Representing the organization at meetings, conferences & workshops.
9. Preparing of financial reports like C.M.I.S. & S.O.E."
Qualification & Experiences
B. Com with experience of working with Tally and data Management
Competencies & Skills
"1. Computer Skills- MS-OFFICE (Excel, Word, Internet, Power Point).
2. Basic knowledge of Tally ERP.
3. Good Communication (verbal & written in English & Hindi)
4. Ability to maintain data confidentiality
5. Good presentation skills
6. Working exposure in the healthcare sector will be an added advantage."
