Job Description

Ayang Trust is looking for motivated people who wish to work with tribal community to explore his/her/their opportunities in the area of livelihood in long term. Program Associate - Livelihood will closely work with SHG for promotion of livelihood activity to achieve the goal of community resilience

building.

You will be based in East Kameng, Arunachal Pradesh and also manage the project in two other districts

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Leading the ground team at the district level involved in farm and non-farm based livelihood

promotion

2. Build and promote farmer producer organisation

3. Capacity building of FPO - value addition, financial literacy, enhancing production and business

4. Support our FPO in Bana as Chief executive (Bana FPO)

Conducting market research for building access to diverse market for the FPO

5. Backward and forward linkages for the FPO – aggregation systems, and market linkages

Compensation:

CTC 4.2 - 4.8 LPA

Accommodation will be provided by the organization
