Position: Assistant Manager (Operations)

Base Location: Lucknow, Delhi, Mumbai (Work from Home)

Preference: Female Candidate


Key Responsibilities:

1. Representation:

Conduct meetings with donors and government officials as a representative.

2. Project Management:

Manage ongoing CSR/Government projects.

3. Project Development:

Assist in developing new projects with idea generation, proposal writing, and job descriptions.

4. Reporting:

Present progress reports to CSR officials and government departments.

5. Event Planning:

Plan and lead activities, events, and short-term projects.

6. Data Management:

Manage databases and analyze project impacts.

7. Training:

Design and conduct onboarding training for the team.

8. Documentation:

Create reports, proposals, MoUs, and other necessary documents.


Qualifications:

- Graduate/Post Graduate

- 1-3 years experience

- Fluent in verbal and written English and Hindi

- Tech-savvy with intermediate soft skills
