*Job Summary:*

We are seeking for highly motivated and compassionate Female Program Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for implementing programs, providing support to beneficiaries, and promoting gender equality.

*Responsibilities:*

- Coordinate programs and activities for women and girls

- Provide counseling and support to beneficiaries

- Conduct outreach and community engagement

- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders

- Monitor and evaluate program impact

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in any NGO

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a team and independently

- Passion for gender equality and women's empowerment

*Preferred Qualifications:*

- Intermediate

- Experience working with NGOs or community organizations

- Knowledge of local languages.

- Able to use Tab/App/Smartphone.
