Job Description

EAIF-RAAH exists to make mental healthcare more accessible through curriculums in BMC schools, community based mental health programs in urban slums, restorative mental healthcare for institutionalised children and by building capacity of those already working on the frontlines through psychological first aid.

We are currently looking for Junior Psychologists in Mumbai to support the development and growth in all our four programs: Svasth Mann School Program, Project Dhara Community Mental Health, Project Ashray Institutionalised Care and our capacity building Shakti Program.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Conduct group and individual sessions in schools, communities and Child care institutions

*Liaison with multiple stakeholders across programs

*Create and provide input for development and enhancement of EAIF curriculums

*Assist in data collection, data analysis

*Write reports/monographs/case studies

*Conduct field visits as needed

Essential requirements:

- Fluency in Hindi and English (especially for writing purposes), Marathi is a plus

- Based in Mumbai

- Masters in Psychology or related Mental Health field

- Experience working with children/adolescents is a plus

- Work flexible timings (Full time position but hours depend on times provided by school/CCI)

- Can work independently as well as in a team

- Will complete other, related activities that emerge, on an as needed basis
