Key Responsibilities
Kalam Fellows will be assigned to one of three focus areas:
1. Policy Research:
- Collaborate with researchers to provide high-quality research and support for various initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth policy analysis and generate insights to aid in decision-making processes.
2. Governance:
- Work alongside top bureaucrats and District Collectors to assist in the effective implementation of governmental schemes.
- Develop initiatives to enhance district-level governance and public service delivery.
3. Social Impact:
- Partner with grassroots organizations or NGOs to uplift societal living standards.
- Ensure effective delivery of services and drive systemic reforms from within the community.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduate and Post graduate as of May 31, 2022.
- Must be under 35 years of age as of December 31, 2024.
- Demonstrated commitment to public service and nation-building.
- Strong analytical, research, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent English written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
