Job Description

Role & Responsibility:

• Strict observation of SOP and full-time engagement in delivering action plans at targeted 10 villages.

• Conduct regular meetings with Community-based groups /SMC/ VLCPC/ Ward / JSLPS / Mukhiya

• Visit block offices to be updated with schemes and smoothen the process of linkages

• Collection and file the beneficiary's details at the field office

• Handholding, educating, and demonstrating the process of organizing meetings, SOP of project activities, and monitoring the behavior of volunteers while rendering service in the field.

• Handholding of Learning center facilitators at the village level

• Identification of beneficiaries(following SOP) with help of Volunteers & Meeting with individual beneficiaries

• Weekly reporting to Project Facilitator (self + 5 LCF)

• Organization & demonstration of meeting with Bal Manch & ensure the conduction of planned activities involving LCF.

• Participation in monthly review meetings and preparing action plans.

• Event-related arrangement of logistics and resources for cluster-level events- bal Manch event, interface, etc

• Field Trainer is responsible for supporting the overall quality implementation of project activities at one cluster.

• Assist the Project facilitator in program-related activities.

Education Qualification

• Intermediate (10+2) with 15 years of experience in social work and documentation.

• Graduation with 10 years of experience in social work and documentation.

• A resident of the respective district.

• Proficiency in the regional language.

• Knowledge of computers, including email, scanning, and online form filling.

• Good knowledge of child rights and government schemes.

• No involvement in any level of politics.

• No association with any legal matters.

• Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driver's license.

• Required Skills & Experience

• Candidate should possess knowledge of local institutions and have experience in working with them.

• Candidate should have experience of working with Children and women in the community.

• Good in Teamwork.

Salary Package:

The salary package for this position is INR 15,975, including social benefits.
