Project Supervisor (2 Positions)

The supervisor will be responsible for -

1. Strengthening women SHG's around entitlement issues.

2. Leadership Building of women collectives.

3. Liasoning with Panchayat and block officials.

4. Managing teams of grassroots facilitators.

Desired Qualification & Experience -

1. Minimum graduate degree in arts, social work, rural development.

2. A good experience of 2-3 years working with NGOs, panchayats, and women collectives.

3. A candidate should have good written and spoken skills in Hindi.

4. A candidate should be willing to stay and travel in tribal areas

Spandan a grassroots organization began its journey of development with nutritionally vulnerable Korku tribe of Madhya Pradesh being troubled by scores of their children dying of malnutrition. The initial effort to draw government attention to this crude reality wasn’t easy neither savored. The years of observations, studies and community learning revealed that ghastly household hunger gnawed at the doorsteps of most of the poor ready to devour more children.
