Job Advertisement: Program Manager - Access to Justice Program

Location: Sidhi and Singrauli Districts, Madhya Pradesh

Organization: Gram Sudhar Samiti

Role: Program Manager

Scope of Work:

• Team Management: Lead and manage a dedicated team to implement the "Access to Justice" program effectively.

• Support in Implementation:Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure smooth execution of the project.

• Planning and Implementation: Develop strategic plans and oversee the successful implementation of the program’s activities.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Child Line, child rights, child protection, child labor, child education, Juvenile Justice Act, women and child development etc.

Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Child Development, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

Age: Minimum 30 years.

Skills: Proven ability to build strong rapport with district administration and other stakeholders.
