Job Description

The Corporate Partnership Associate will be a key driver in raising funds and managing relationships with corporate donors and partners for Learning Curve Foundation’s (LCF) programs. This role focuses on identifying funding opportunities, managing donor engagement, and facilitating corporate volunteering initiatives to support the mission of LCF.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising & Partnership Development:

  • Identify and target potential corporate partners for funding opportunities and collaborations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure financial support from corporations.
  • Create compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to communicate LCF’s mission and the impact of SEL programs.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and manage contracts with corporate donors.

Donor Engagement & Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners and donors.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and impact assessments to donors to keep them informed and engaged.
  • Organize and host donor meetings, site visits, and events to showcase the progress and impact of their contributions.
  • Address donor queries and concerns promptly and effectively.

Volunteer Engagement:

  • Develop and manage corporate volunteering programs in collaboration with partner organizations.
  • Facilitate volunteer engagement activities, ensuring they align with LCF’s mission and the needs of the schools.
  • Coordinate logistics for volunteering events, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Track and report on fundraising activities, donor engagement, and volunteering initiatives.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders and donors, highlighting achievements and future opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of all donor interactions, agreements, and financial contributions.



Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or a related role.
  • Proven track record of securing funding and managing corporate relationships.
  • Strong understanding of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) practices and the education sector.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
