Job Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of Learning Curve Foundation's (LCF) Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs in private schools. This role involves identifying potential clients, building relationships, and converting leads into successful partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential private schools for partnership opportunities.
  • Understand the needs and challenges of private schools in relation to SEL programs.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other outreach strategies.
  • Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and workshops to showcase the benefits of LCF’s SEL programs.
  • Address client queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Sales & Conversion:
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with private schools.

  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.


Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the education sector, particularly private schools, is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.


Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation - BBA

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate the value of SEL programs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
