Role Overview :
The Mass Media and Communication Expert will play a critical role in shaping our media presence and communication strategies. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, managing media relations, and developing strategies that advance our mission and engage our community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive media and communication strategies to support our advocacy goals.
• Create and manage content for various media platforms, including social media, press releases, and newsletters.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, journalists, and influences.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and communication metrics to refine strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent and impact full messaging.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Media Studies, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in media and communication, preferably.
• Excellent written (English & Hindi) Editing, and Presentation skills, Website content updation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
Preferred Skills:
• Graphic design skills or experience with design tools.
• Experience in content management systems (CMS) like Word Press.
• Basic knowledge of (HTML, CSS & PHP).
Salary : 20 to 30 Thousand per month
The Salary for this Position will be commensurate with experience and aligned with current market standards.
