Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage all programmatic and organizational M&E functions, undertaking analysis of M&E data, identifying learning, generate effective communication materials from the learnings, and providing structure to the organizational Knowledge Management system and implementing it.

- Regularly coordinate with the program staffs to ensure effective data flow, timely availability.

- Frequently travel to the operational areas to understand the program and M&E functions.

- Set up standard and procedures for data and knowledge management efforts.

- Conduct process and performance evaluations

- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of data

- Keep oneself updated with the latest evaluation methods and apply them to LME work as applicable.

- periodic assessment of the project activities in the field to understand their effectiveness towards meeting organization requirements.

- Develop success stories/case studies and support in preparation of communication materials.

Required Qualification:

- A masters degree in social science, agricultural science or related subject from a reputed university or institution.

- At least 3 years of experience in handling M&E systems
