Job Title: HR Manager

Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our organization and oversee all aspects of human resources operations. The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels. All the responsibilities are mainly inclined towards Hospital and healthcare in NGO sector.


Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures that support the organization's goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.

• Conduct regular assessments of the HR department's performance and recommend improvements as necessary.

2. Recruitment and Selection:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sourcing channels.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

3. Employee Relations:

• Serve as a trusted advisor and provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.

• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement and morale.

4. Performance Management and Training:

• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and employee development plans.

• Identify training and development needs within the organization and coordinate the delivery of training programs.

• Implement employee retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.

• Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive in the market.

• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.

6. HR Compliance:

• Stay up to date with relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

• Adhere to all the requirement as agreed upon by Management with respect to NABH guidelines


Qualifications and Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.

• Preference to candidates with experience in healthcare and NGO sector

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software applications.


Pay scale: CTC range – Negotiable; subject to a maximum of 50k
